Shortly after my previous laptop crashed and burned, I received a renewal notice email from SkyVault360. I contacted customer/tech support and received a very prompt reply from their support team, who was very helpful (and not "pushy"--about the renewal) with my getting up to speed backing up the new laptop. A couple of days passed, and I had another question. SkyVault360 support responded immediately and again was able to help. Needless to say, I did renew!!

Had some trouble getting it loaded but it was only because the new update doesn't work on my version of Vista. They were great and very patient with my back and forth emails to get it all sorted.
